How Mrineh came to be.
Mrineh began in 2021 with a simple observation: Indian students are among the most examined in the world, and among the least prepared for what comes after the exam. Financial literacy, emotional regulation, communication, decision-making — the skills that decide the shape of a life — were nowhere on the timetable.
So we wrote a curriculum. Not a motivational assembly or a one-off workshop, but a structured, grade-wise programme that sits inside the school week and is delivered by the school's own teachers. Every module was piloted in real classrooms across the National Capital Region, rewritten with teacher feedback, and measured against outcomes principals could actually see.
Today Mrineh is the education house of the group and the company that gave the group its name. It remains our clearest expression of a long-horizon idea: that the best investment a country can make is in what its children can do at eighteen.

Does the programme replace existing subjects?+
No. It occupies one period a week and is designed to complement the academic timetable, not compete with it.
Who delivers the sessions?+
The school's own teachers, trained by Mrineh. We believe familiarity between teacher and student is essential to the work.
Which boards do you work with?+
CBSE, ICSE and state-board schools. The competencies map to NEP 2020 and are board-agnostic by design.
